---------------- About the Neighborhood -----------------


This is a quiet residential neighborhood so we  
ask you to observe the following guidelines.
 

1) No excessive noisy behavior after dark.

2) No cursing or inappropriate language outdoors
   especially near the lake. 
   Sounds carry far over water.

3) If you brought a dog, keep his/her barking 
   to an absolute minimum.

4) Do not  bring glass bottles to the lake, 
   and anything you carry to the beach, 
   please bring back to the house.

5) Smoking in the house is prohibited. 


Some of the guidelines may seem harsh, but 
there have been a couple of unpleasant situations, 
and we value the good will of the neighbors.

Also, we  understand if you feel that this would be 
an imposition on you, but in that case we
suggest that you seek out a more "resort" style 
atmosphere (e.g. Lake Murray, Lake Wateree, etc.)
you would probably have a better vacation there.
